- Asklepios holds more than 95% of Rhön-Klinikum shares, enabling the move.
- Minority holders would receive cash compensation, to be set based on a valuation and reviewed by an independent expert.
- The vote is expected at an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting in January 2027.
- The transaction would take effect once it is registered in the commercial register in Schweinfurt.
