- Profit after tax fell 35.6% to S$ 11.6 million, while operating profit edged up 1% to S$ 31.2 million.
- Adjusted PATMI rose 7.7% to S$ 9.8 million, lifting adjusted EPS 8.1% to 2 cents.
- Hospitality average occupancy ticked up 0.4 percentage points to 74.1%, while PBSA leasing occupancy slid 4 percentage points to 88%.
- Gearing improved to 41.2% after S$ 52.2 million of debt repayments, lowering the effective weighted interest rate by 30 bps to 4.6%.
