- Adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations increased 4.6% to USD 13.3 million; adjusted EBITDA margin widened 0.6 percentage points to 25.1%.
- Annualized recurring revenue from continuing operations grew 8.3% to USD 174.1 million; it went live with four material statewide services in Transportation.
- Greg Daily said results missed expectations on weakness in certain non-recurring revenue streams and implementation delays; he cited share repurchases topping 20% since October 2024.
