- Purchased energy costs rose 17% to $48.75 million, while general and administrative expense increased 23% to $114.7 million.
- Entered a deal to acquire Long Ridge for about $1.5 billion enterprise value; held 35,577 bitcoin with a $2.1 billion carrying value.
