- Net investment income climbed 75.3% to USD 15.93 million, or USD 0.40 per share, as total investment income rose 20.4% to USD 28.36 million.
- Dividend and success fee income more than doubled to USD 5.68 million, including USD 5.6 million of success fee income.
- Net realized loss on investments was USD 9 million, tied to the Home Concepts Acquisition restructuring, while net unrealized depreciation widened to USD 18.78 million.
- Board declared monthly distributions of USD 0.08 per share for July-September, totaling USD 0.24 for the quarter; asset coverage ratio was 208.8%.
