Dow Poised to Break Winning Streak -- WSJ

A sixth consecutive day of gains may be out of reach for the Dow Jones Industrial Average.
The blue-chip index opened Thursday's session higher, on track for its longest winning streak of the year, but declines in shares of Salesforce, Boeing and UnitedHealth have dragged it lower recently.
The Nasdaq is also slipping midday, amid declines for Sandisk and Western Digital. Both companies reported results that showed strong growth but failed to live up to investors' lofty expectations.
Investors are also bracing Thursday for potential volatility in SpaceX shares. A post-initial-public-offering lockup on more than 900 million shares held by some employees and early investors is set to end, meaning the stock can now be sold.
Meanwhile, oil is rising as investors await updates from the Middle East. Iran and Oman on Wednesday were finalizing a draft agreement to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
