- Authorized share capital resets to 62,500,000 shares from 500,000,000, with total authorized capital unchanged at US$50,000.
- Post-consolidation, shares reclassify into 60,000,000 Class A shares with 1 vote each and 2,500,000 Class B shares with 50 votes each.
- Changes take effect on Nasdaq at the open on Aug. 11, 2026; Class A shares continue trading as MSGY under new CUSIP G6007A118.
