- Vote scheduled on electing six directors, including Nadav Kidron, Miriam Kidron, Arie Mayer, Yehuda Reznick, Benjamin Shapiro, Daniel Aghion.
- Shareholders will also vote on ratifying Kesselman & Kesselman as independent auditor for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
- Ballot includes a plan to raise the 2019 long-term incentive plan share pool by 3,000,000 to 12,500,000 shares.
- Additional items include advisory votes on executive pay, the frequency of future pay votes, and a proposal to adjourn the meeting if needed.
