Acgo Names Agarwal as CFO, Audia as President of PTx

Agco is switching up its leadership team, appointing a new finance chief as the top officer of its precision agriculture brand steps down.
The agricultural machinery company on Monday named Indira Agarwal as its chief financial officer. Agarwal, who most recently served as Agco's chief accounting officer, succeeds Damon Audia.
Audia is leaving Agco's top financial office to assume the role of president of PTx, Agco's precision agriculture brand. He will additionally oversee the company's corporate strategy, encompassing its enterprise strategy and transformation teams.
Audia succeeds Brian Sorbe as president of PTx. Sorbe has decided to step away from Agco to focus on other personal and professional priorities, the company said.
