Foresight News reports that Japanese Bitcoin treasury company Metaplanet has reached an agreement with Progmat to conduct research in the digital credit sector using Bitcoin, stablecoins, and tokenized securities. This collaboration will combine Metaplanet’s Bitcoin-centric financial strategy, JPYC’s stablecoin settlement and distribution functionalities, Progmat’s infrastructure for representing rights and managing holders of security tokens, and Metaplanet Securities’ expertise in product structuring and distribution. Together, they will explore how to create a more efficient and transparent credit market for issuers and investors.
