Analysis: ETF capital flows are now dominating the price trend of Ethereum

ChainCatcher reports, according to BIT analysis, that Ethereum's recent price performance is increasingly being driven by ETF fund flows. Over the past year, the 30-day average of daily net inflows into ETH ETFs has been highly synchronized with Ethereum's price trends, and Ethereum's sensitivity to institutional capital has risen significantly. One of Ethereum's core narratives is its approximately 2.5% net staking yield. However, in an environment where inflation is accelerating again and the US 10-year Treasury yield has risen above 4.6%, Ethereum's staking yield advantage compared to risk-free assets like US Treasuries is diminishing. Since May, Ethereum ETFs have seen renewed outflows, which aligns with the above reasoning. If this trend continues, Ethereum will most likely remain in a consolidation phase.
