The earnings catalyst (May 1) served as a Sign of Strength (SOS) — a high-volume thrust that confirmed institutional absorption. Price is now tagging ATHs with volume normalizing (~46M vs. 44.5M avg), consistent with healthy Mark-Up rather than exhaustion. The John Ternus CEO transition was well-received, removing a leadership overhang. Institutions are clearly net long — the TSMC 2nm supply lock (50%+ of capacity for A20/M5 chips) signals multi-year product dominance. Most probable next move: Continued grind higher toward $300–$310 with a potential WWDC-driven acceleration, unless price stalls and rolls at $295 ATH triggering a consolidation back to $280.

Hypothesis #1: Capitalizes on post-SOS Mark-Up trajectory with defined risk; the spread structure handles elevated IV from ATH breakout and WWDC premium expansion.

Hypothesis #2: Targets an Upthrust After Distribution (UTAD) or failed ATH breakout at $295 resistance — classic Wyckoff reversal setup. Short DTE keeps cost low on a short-side trade in a bull trend.
