ChainCatcher reports that, despite LayerZero having already issued an apology statement, several protocols with a combined TVL of around $2 billion have announced migration to Chainlink CCIP, including KelpDAO ($1.5 billion), SolvProtocol ($600 million), and re ($200 million). Meanwhile, leading assets still using the LayerZero OFT standard include: USDe/sUSDe (Ethena), weETH (Etherfi), USDT0 (Tether), thBILL (Theo), and WBTC (Bitgo). The specific migration progress will be subject to project team announcements.

Previously, LayerZero officially apologized for its poor communication regarding security incidents over the past three weeks. The team admitted that its internal RPC was attacked by Lazarus Group and acknowledged it had mistakenly allowed LayerZero Labs DVN to serve as the 1/1 verification node for high-value transactions, creating a single point of failure.

Crude oil is "coming back", but refined oil is "not coming back"; the global refining gap is widening.

According to Goldman Sachs, global refined oil exports have declined by about 6 million barrels per day year-on-year, with the Gulf region and Russia contributing three-quarters of the decrease. Unlike crude oil, which can be rerouted, damaged refineries cannot be relocated, and the Gulf region's refined oil exports have only recovered to 40% of pre-war levels. Goldman Sachs expects global refinery utilization rates to recover only by the second half of 2027; based on this, it has more than doubled its forecast for diesel profit margins in 2027.
