According to Foresight News, documents from the Royal Thai Police Investigation Bureau indicate that Thai police have accepted and recorded a fraud complaint against the leveraged prediction market Space. The case has now entered formal investigation procedures.
FlashRescue co-founder Darcy posted on Twitter that during on-chain monitoring, they observed funds related to the case flowing into multiple exchange deposit addresses and promptly triggered a risk alert. Due to time differences, Thai law enforcement agencies have not yet been able to issue a formal freeze order to exchanges in a timely manner. To prevent further dispersal of the involved funds, they have submitted emergency freeze requests to certain exchanges.
