Lista DAO launches Dow Protocol E-Commerce Financing RWA Vault with current APY at 10%
According to Odaily, Lista DAO launched the Dow E-Commerce Financing RWA Vault on Dow Protocol today. This Vault is an RWA platform built on the capabilities of HSBC's Dowsure e-commerce finance company, with a 90-day term and a current APY of 10%. The Vault is supported by the accounts receivable and repayment cash flows of mature global leading e-commerce platform merchants, providing merchants with working capital advance services.
It is reported that merchants' repayment discipline is jointly safeguarded by two core mechanisms: first, an automated repayment service routing mechanism in cooperation with e-commerce platforms, prioritizing the collection of merchant repayments and automatically debiting principal and interest as agreed; and second, a dual-lock account control mechanism, which restricts changes to repayment routes, verifies control of repayment accounts, and supports the implementation of corresponding protective measures in the event of overdue or default situations.
The yield structure mapped by this Vault is not merely a layer of on-chain incentives, but a cash flow system that has been operating and validated in the real-world commercial environment over the long term.

Crude oil is "coming back", but refined oil is "not coming back"; the global refining gap is widening.
According to Goldman Sachs, global refined oil exports have declined by about 6 million barrels per day year-on-year, with the Gulf region and Russia contributing three-quarters of the decrease. Unlike crude oil, which can be rerouted, damaged refineries cannot be relocated, and the Gulf region's refined oil exports have only recovered to 40% of pre-war levels. Goldman Sachs expects global refinery utilization rates to recover only by the second half of 2027; based on this, it has more than doubled its forecast for diesel profit margins in 2027.
