Data: Ethereum holds about 65% of the non-USD stablecoin supply
According to ChainCatcher and Dune data, Ethereum currently still holds around 65% of the non-USD stablecoin supply, a decline from about 90% at the beginning of 2023. While other blockchains are catching up, Ethereum remains the default choice for stablecoin issuance.
The Dune report states that although the distribution and activity of stablecoins mainly occur on other chains, Ethereum ranks fifth by the number of unique senders, but is growing rapidly. As of February 2026, its number of unique senders increased from 2,000 to 12,000 year-on-year, achieving significant growth.
