COTI to launch enterprise-grade ZK privacy Rollup "Nightfall", testnet will go live
Foresight News reported that COTI has announced the launch of COTI Nightfall, an enterprise-grade zero-knowledge (ZK) Rollup privacy solution based on Ethereum. It is planned to launch its testnet in the near future, with mainnet deployment expected to take place later in 2026.
The COTI Nightfall technology is based on the Nightfall protocol developed and open-sourced by EY in 2019. It features built-in KYC/AML compliance functionalities and is primarily designed for institutional workflows, tokenized real-world assets (RWA), and regulated payment scenarios. This solution will run in parallel with COTI’s existing Garbled Circuits mainnet, creating a dual-mainnet architecture. Both chains will be powered by the COTI token, with the maximum supply remaining unchanged and no new tokens being issued.
