According to a report by Bijie Network: The blockchain-based real-time inflation tracking indicator, the Truflation Index, has fallen below 1% for the first time since early 2021, dropping from 2.67% in mid-December to 0.86%. Ark Invest CEO Cathie Wood pointed out that this year-on-year decline is significant and stands in stark contrast to forecasts from companies such as BlackRock and PIMCO. This deflationary scenario could provide arguments for the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates and may benefit liquidity-sensitive assets such as bitcoin.
