According to ChainCatcher, Buve Protocol, the token launch platform of Base and BNB Chain, plans to acquire Solana-based Meme token launch platform pump.fun at a valuation of $50 million, and incorporate its channels into the Burve LOL Meme token launch system.
According to the RootData platform, Burve Protocol, developed by Burve Labs, is a consensus-driven token fair release, trading, earning and AMM (automatic market maker) protocol that serves multiple chains. It enables individuals or organizations to create tokens and AMM economic models in a cost-effective, fair and efficient manner.
