Fed's Williams: Closer to rate cut, but not ready to implement yet

According to The Wall Street Journal, William Williams of the Federal Reserve stated that the Federal Reserve is closer to cutting interest rates, but is not yet ready to implement them. Seeing inflation generally falling, the United States may need to cut interest rates in the coming months.
