Tsinghua University: The Yao Class team creates a world-class public chain tree graph

The official website of Tsinghua University released an article on the People's Daily Overseas Edition on June 24th, entitled "The Sharding Project: A World-Class Public Chain Built by the 'Yao Class' Team of Tsinghua University". It pointed out that the main network of the Sharding Blockchain has been running stably for more than three years, becoming a globalized blockchain network covering five continents and more than 20 countries, with a maximum of over 4,300 nodes. It completely solves the performance problems of blockchain in large-scale and high-latency wide-area Internet, serving nearly 25 million on-chain addresses and processing 150 million real transactions. At present, Sharding is cooperating with China Telecom to launch the world's first mobile SIM card with blockchain account management function, in order to reduce the threshold of blockchain technology. In addition, Sharding also expands financial services of countries participating in the "Belt and Road" initiative through ecological enterprises with Hong Kong as a window.
