Golden Finance reported that Memecoin coin NORMIE attackers claimed that Normie's contract code was a "copy-paste" job and was likely not thoroughly reviewed by developers before going online. NORMIE plummeted 99% on Sunday. Blockchain detectives said the attackers Taking advantage of the so-called tax function in the token contract, more tokens than the original supply of 1 billion were issued. The excess tokens are then used to trade for Ethereum.
