Arkham monitoring detected that the suspected Ethereum Foundation address (starting with 0xd7) exchanged 100 ETH for 366,250 DAI through Cow Protocol more than 30 minutes ago, and then transferred all of it to the Ethereum Foundation address (starting with 0x9e).
