Huake Smart Investment Announces Investment in Tide Capital Digital Asset and Cryptocurrency Fund
Huacai Intelligent Investment (01140.HK) announced that on April 23, 2024, its wholly-owned subsidiary WK Cosmos Holdings Limited signed a fund subscription agreement and limited partnership agreement with TideLabs Ltd. for the establishment and management of a fund called Tide Investment One Limited Partnership. The purpose of this fund investment is to enable the company to delve deeper into the digital asset and cryptocurrency market, and to capture investment opportunities in the field of digital assets and cryptocurrencies through the professional advantages of TideCapital.
