Cosmos Hub: Proposal 914 passed, v16 upgrade planned for May 15

Cosmos Hub announced on the X platform that Proposal 914 has been approved by the community, which means that the v16 software upgrade will be implemented. Cosmos Hub stated that the upgrade will be executed on block 20440500 (expected on May 15).
