According to Mars Finance, Hayden Adams, the founder of Uniswap, posted on the X platform that “if they impose taxes on unrealized gains, they need to repay the impermanent losses of Uniswap LP.” This statement is suspected to be a response to the Wells Notice issued by the U.S. SEC.
