Golden Finance reported that Anza core developer starry, who is responsible for handling Solana congestion issues, posted on the X platform that the Solana Devnet restarted successfully for the second time and the team is now monitoring the operating status of the cluster. RPC will still take some time to update and catch up, but the cluster should be back to normal soon.
