U.S. SEC Submits Revision Notice for Grayscale Spot Ethereum ETF (Conversion)
The U.S. SEC has submitted a revised notice for the Grayscale Spot Ethereum ETF (conversion), regarding the proposed changes to the listing and trading rules of Grayscale Ethereum Trust Fund shares, submitting Amendment No. 1. In addition, the U.S. SEC has registered Fidelity Spot Ethereum Equivalent Fund. According to Exchange Rule 14.11(e)(4) "Commodity-Based Trust Shares", a filing notice for Amendment No. 1 proposing changes to the rules for listing and trading Fidelity Ethereum Fund shares.
