According to Coingecko data, MemeCoin PEPE's market value has surpassed Ethereum's Layer 2 network Optimism. At the time of writing this article, PEPE's market value reached 3,725,289,174 US dollars, ranking 40th in the cryptocurrency market value rankings, while Optimism's market value is about 3,712,456,172.
