Golden Finance reports, according to on-chain analyst Yu Jin's monitoring, a newly created address has withdrawn 13,000 ETH (worth $46.7 million) from Binance in the last 19 hours at an average price of $3592 per ETH. Then it was all deposited into the Ethereum liquidity re-pledging protocol Renzo, becoming Renzo's largest individual/institutional deposit address.
