Raoul Pal: Macro and crypto summer has begun and will last until the end of 2025
Raoul Pal, CEO and co-founder of Real Vision Group and Global Macro Investor, said in a March 25 article that the macro and crypto summer has begun, CryptoPotato reported. This prediction is part of his "Everything Code" paper, which explains market movements due to macroeconomic impacts. It's all driven by liquidity, which bottomed out in late 2022, he said. He added: "The macro summer and fall are all about rising liquidity" which should rise "until the end of 2025". Assets like tech stocks and cryptocurrencies have performed well during this period. “Crypto summer has begun, fully developed after the halving…it’s all the same ‘everything crypto’ cycle.” He also said the bigger game is altcoin season or the “banana zone,” by which he may be referring to some altcoins Coin's huge gains and parabolic price chart. Currently, Bitcoin remains dominant with a market share of 53.4%, according to TradingView data. Only when this ratio falls back to the mid-40% level of the previous cycle will the altcoin season truly enter its prime.
