A report from Flipside Crypto shows that so far this year, two-thirds (about 70%) of EVM smart contract deployments have come from Optimism, which has deployed over 28.8 million EVMs since January 1st. The report states that for non-EVM smart contracts, Polygon and BNB Smart Chain (BSC) remain the most popular deployment chains.
