Monad: The upcoming devnet will only be used for internal testing and will not be open to the public

The parallel EVM network Monad announced on its social media platform that the upcoming developer network (devnet) is a purely internal environment for benchmark testing. Developers will be able to see what Monad can do for the first time through this network, but it will not be open to the public and will not be the final state of the Monad network.
