Swan Bitcoin's Mining Division Has Mined Over 750 Bitcoins
Swan Bitcoin, a BTC-focused investment platform, said it has been operating a mining division since July 2023 and has mined more than 750 bitcoins. CEO Cory Klippsten said seven mines with 160 megawatts of power generate 4.5 exahash of mining power, and another three will come online in March, increasing overall arithmetic to 8 exahash. According to Klippsten, Swan is working towards a public listing within the next 12 months. Last December, Swan announced that it would allocate $205 million in capital across its equity, credit and hedge funds.Swan said the company currently has annual revenues of $125 million and plans to raise a Series C round of funding in the coming months.
