L2beat data shows that the total value locked (TVL) of Manta Pacific, an Ethereum Layer 2 network, has surpassed $1.6 billion today, reaching $1.64 billion and setting a new all-time high. It is currently slightly retracing to $1.58 billion, with a 7-day increase of 74.32%.
