The Starknet community has voted to approve the proposal to "activate the Alpha V0.13.0 upgrade on the mainnet"
The governance page showed that the Starknet community has voted in favor of the proposal "Activating Alpha V0.13.0 Upgrade on the Mainnet", with a final support rate of 99.46%.
It is reported that the main content of this upgrade is to add V3 transaction types, with the purpose of enabling the Starknet network to support future functional upgrades, such as adding STRK as a gas token outside of ETH.
