According to the governance page, the Aave community's proposal to "activate Aave V3 on Gnosis" has been passed through on-chain voting and will be executed within 7 hours.
The proposal states that all governance processes for extending Aave V3 to Gnosis have been completed. The proposal allows Aave governance to activate Aave V3 Gnosis pool (3.0.2) by completing all initial setups and listing the suggested WETH, wstETH, GNO, USDC, wXDAI, EURe, and sDAI service providers on the governance forum (ACI, Gauntlet, and Chaos Labs).
