The release includes FairLaunchEscrow.sol, launch interfaces, token interfaces, tests and documentation. The escrow locks funding terms and includes no owner, administrator or upgrade path.
Contributor funds can only return through refunds or move to the planned liquidity executor. Contributor and liquidity allocations must also cover the complete launch supply, blocking an additional insider tier.
The AI agent handles another part of the system. It collects market signals, creates documented memecoin proposals and rejects unsupported evidence or broken funding rules.
