I'm watching coins that are: • Red on both 24H and 7D • Losing previous support • Seeing volume increase while price falls • Failing to reclaim VWAP/short-term moving averages • Showing weak relative strength against BTC Current examples from Bitget's trending board include: $BASECAT → -15.60% 24H / -47.29% 7D $HOLO → -1.59% / -12.99% $HIGH → -6.14% / -0.14% $SKY → -5.80% / -4.41% $PENGU → +3.69% / -5.93% $PUMP → +9.25% / -6.75% $DOT → +6.93% / -8.81% $HNT → +14.93% / -9.22% That tells me the market is producing sharp individual pumps without broad, synchronized participation. 🟣 PRIVACY COINS ARE THE HOT SECTOR $ZEC is the standout. ZEC is around $1,377 with roughly $2.55B in 24H volume and a market cap around $23.2B on Bitget's trending data. $DASH is also participating. The move is being supported by renewed attention around Zcash's NU7 upgrade and Ledger integration, while broader privacy-sector interest has pushed DASH higher as well. This is important: ZEC is no longer behaving like a tiny speculative alt. But after a vertical move, chasing the candle becomes increasingly dangerous. I would watch: ZEC → breakout continuation vs. volume exhaustion DASH → whether momentum expands beyond the sector ZEN → whether privacy rotation spreads BTC → whether the broader market can absorb the volatility 🟠 BTC = MARKET ANCHOR $BTC → ~$76.3K BTC is holding relatively firm after the Fed's 25bp hike, despite the market having to digest a more restrictive rate path. Bitcoin traded roughly between $75K and $76.5K immediately after the decision before recovering toward the $76K area. My framework: $75K → major short-term support $76K–$77K → reclaim zone $78K–$80K → major resistance area BTC reclaiming $77K with expanding spot volume would improve the setup. Losing $75K would put the lower support structure back under pressure. 🔵 ETH = CONFIRMATION $ETH → ~$2.4K ETH remains weaker than the strongest rotating altcoins. That matters. If BTC stabilizes but ETH cannot reclaim important levels, I would be cautious about calling this a broad risk-on rotation. ETH needs stronger relative performance before I would consider the altcoin move structurally healthy. 🟢 SOL = BETA TEST $SOL → ~$97–98 area SOL remains one of the most important beta indicators. If BTC holds and SOL reclaims $100–102 with real spot participation, risk appetite could broaden. If BTC holds but SOL continues losing relative strength, the market may still be operating as a selective rotation rather than a full altseason. 🟡 XRP = REGULATORY / RELATIVE-STRENGTH TEST $XRP remains one of the major assets to watch after the recent regulatory setback. The Senate's CLARITY Act vote failed, with XRP among the assets that reacted negatively around the event. For XRP, I want to see price recovery accompanied by volume rather than simply a relief bounce. 🏆 INDEX / MARKET-STRUCTURE WATCH BTC dominance → still the key liquidity gauge ETH/BTC → rotation confirmation SOL/BTC → high-beta risk appetite BTC/Gold → macro-relative-strength signal Altcoin breadth → tells us whether rotation is expanding Stablecoin liquidity → tells us whether fresh buying power is entering The broader market currently sits around $2.62T, with BTC dominance near 58.6% and ETH dominance around 11.4%. The Crypto Fear & Greed reading is around 64/100. That combination says: Sentiment has improved. A move in $ZEC with billions in daily volume is structurally different from a 150% move in a micro-cap with limited liquidity. 📊 MY PRO-TRADER READ I would divide today's market into three buckets: 🟢 STRUCTURAL MOMENTUM $BTC $ZEC $NEAR $HYPE $SOL $DASH These deserve monitoring because liquidity and market relevance are materially higher. 🟡 ROTATION / HIGH-BETA $LSK $BR $SYN $DRV $DGAI $VVV $BULLA $CC $ZEN Strong momentum, but confirmation matters. 🔴 EXTREME-SPECULATION $HOVER $MCAT $SSTZ $HOTDOG $ABI $ZZZZ $STONKS $BOOP $DREAMS $JUGGERNAUT These are momentum trades, not automatically investment opportunities. So I don't want to confuse a relief rally with a new bull leg. My trading framework remains simple: Liquidity first. BTC direction first. ETH confirmation. SOL as beta. Then altcoins.
