According to The Wall Street Journal: In a letter to Rubio, Hegseth, and Wright, Democratic senators stated that the oil agreement between the U.S. Department of Defense and Venezuela is detrimental to democratic transition and requested that Trump administration officials answer relevant questions about the Venezuelan oil project.
