- European Union Energy Commissioner Dan Jørgensen stated at the EU Energy Ministers Meeting held in Dublin, Ireland, on the 29th that since the outbreak of the conflict in Iran at the end of February, the EU has spent an additional approximately 10 billion euros on importing the same amount of fossil fuels.
