Tesla signs $20 billion term loan and other financing arrangements, and terminates original revolving credit agreement

According to documents from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Tesla has signed multiple financing arrangements, including a $20 billion three-year delayed draw term loan facility, an $8 billion five-year revolving credit facility, and a $2 billion 364-day revolving credit facility. The documents show that Tesla has also terminated its previous revolving credit agreement. The new five-year revolving credit facility allows for the issuance of letters of credit up to $500 million, and the three-year delayed draw term loan facility will mature on September 29, 2029. In addition, Tesla's revolving credit facility can be increased by up to $4 billion, reaching a total of $14 billion.
