According to CME "FedWatch": There is a 29.1% probability that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged at 3.75%-4.00% at the October meeting, and a 70.9% probability of a 25 basis point rate hike. By December, there is a 5.0% probability that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged at 3.75%-4.00%, a cumulative 36.3% probability of a 25 basis point rate hike, and a cumulative 58.7% probability of a 50 basis point rate hike.
