08:01 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CoreWeave signed a 15-year anchor lease with Blockfusion USA subsidiary North East Data for capacity at a data center site in Niagara Falls, New York, Blockfusion said Wednesday. The agreement includes two five-year renewal options and converts a non-binding letter of intent announced June 30 into definitive agreements, according to the company. The Niagara Falls site is a low-carbon data center powered primarily by hydroelectric power and is being adapted for high-density, liquid-cooled AI infrastructure. The site features an existing grid interconnection, clean energy and redundant fiber infrastructure, the company said. Blockfusion said the agreement marks a major step in its proposed merger with Blue Acquisition (BACC). At closing, the combined entity, Blockfusion Digital Infrastructure, is expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker "BDI", the company said. Blockfusion said further details on the lease and expansion agreement will be provided in an amended Form S-4 filing with the SEC.
