- 915,975 RSUs vest on Sept. 14, 2027; the remainder vests in eight roughly equal quarterly installments, subject to continued employment.
- Kohl bought 59,000 shares in open-market purchases on Sept. 11 and Sept. 14 at a weighted average price of $1.79.
