10:52 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Motorola Solutions (MSI) won a 10-year, $139 million contract from the state of Louisiana to provide mobile video, digital evidence management systems, and radio network enhancements. The initiative brings six state agencies across 64 parishes under a unified public-safety platform with body cameras, in-car video, and automated administrative software, the company said Monday in a statement. The agreement extends the existing Louisiana Wireless Information Network maintenance accord covering more than 109,000 users and includes the deployment of new smart radios equipped with real-time language translation, Motorola said.
