10:04 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Columbia Banking System (COLB) unit Columbia Bank said Monday it has priced an offering of $250 million of 6.721% fixed-to-fixed rate subordinated notes due 2036. The offering is expected to close Friday, the company said. Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including to support growth and capital adequacy, and to return up to $250 million of capital to Columbia Banking System, the company said.
