- Victor Jaramillo, an international geological consultant with 30+ years’ experience, led discoveries at Langosta in Mexico and Las Lomas in Peru.
- Mitchell Smith, a mining and metals capital-markets executive, is partner at Moneta Securities and CEO of Global Energy Metals.
- James T. White, a Florida-based entrepreneur and private investor, has founded and exited businesses across education technology, consumer products, marketplaces, biometrics.
- John Peters, Bill Yeomans exited the board.
