Banca Sistema announces extraordinary shareholders’ meeting
Reuters2026/09/11 18:13- Banca Sistema will hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting in Milan on Oct. 12, 2026.
- Shareholders will vote on the merger by incorporation of Banca CF+ into Banca Sistema, including related bylaw changes.
- The meeting will also consider amending Article 5 to authorize up to EUR 100 million of paid-in share capital increases, subject to merger completion.
