Real Estate Split Expects CA$22.4 Million Via Overnight Offering

01:04 PM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Real Estate Split (RS.TO, RS-PA.TO) expects to raise CA$22.4 million through an overnight treasury offering of class A and preferred shares, it said in a statement on Friday. Closing of the offering is expected on or about Friday, Sept. 18, and is subject to certain closing conditions, it said. The class A shares were offered at a price of CA$9.15 per class A share to yield 17.0% and the preferred shares were offered at CA$10.45 per preferred share to yield 4.6% to maturity. Shares of the company (RS.TO) were last seen down 3.5% at CA$9.00 on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Price: 9.00, Change: -0.33, Percent Change: -3.54
